Cancellation Policy:

• Pre-payment is required at the time of booking your appointment. We regret we are   unable to hold appointments without payment.
• No cancellations, changes or refunds will be granted within 48 hours of your   appointment time. 
• If your appointment is missed, you will be charged the fee of the appointment.
• As a courtesy for unavoidable delays, I will wait 15 minutes from the appointment start    time; after that, the appointment is a missed appointment. 

Ginger reserves the right to terminate a reading during the course of the appointment for any reason. In the event of said termination, an appropriate refund will be given. Given the information during the reading, the actions taken on the part of the client will directly affect the outcome. Your processed payment serves as proof that you accept these terms.
